What information will you need to report a death to Citigold?

Citigold asks that you provide the following information:

The original or certified copy of the death certificate or coroner’s interim certificate
Proof of your identity

What Happens Next?

Once you have notified Citigold of the death, they will inform you of any further information they may require. Once they have confirmed the death, they will send you a Closure and Payments Authority Form in order to enable them to close the account and release any remaining funds.
