Documents Required to Notify Staysure?

When letting Staysure know about your bereavement, you will be asked to provide the following information below, and send it to one of the two email address given above:

  • Death Certificate – Photograph or Scanned Copy
  • Deceased’s Details – Name / Address

What happens next?

Once you have notified Staysure of a death, they will go ahead and make the relevant changes. You will also be contacted at a convenient time for additional information is necessary.
