What documentation do you require to register a death with Utilita Mobile?
Utilita Mobile asks that you provide the following information:
- The mobile telephone number and email address associated with the account
- An account number, if possible
- Full details of the deceased
- Contact details of the person dealing with the Estate, remembering to gain their permission in order to pass these details on if it isn’t you
